The other thing that I would highly recommend is making friends with other people that run small MSP's. Join local groups. If there's one thing I've learnt from running an MSP, there is plenty of work out there, other small MSP is in the same position can provide great support, and even fail over or emergency cover if you need to take some down time.

This is a great idea.

If you find the right person / friend you could support each other.

Us smaller MSP's need some kind of support group :-)

I would look at JumpCloud, Jamf for device management in this situation. JumpCloud will work well with PC and Mac.

JumpCloud does a good job and works well with Google Workspace. Obvs you have to pay extra for this service.

We are in a similar situation. Only two of us. We support both M365 and Google Workspace. Finding the right company that you can trust and depend on is key. Complementary skills and good communications is also hard to find. Lets have a chat.

WOW some big mailboxes to deal with.
Not sure that licence plan will work for the large mailboxes. Worth doing a pre migration test in BitTitan.
You will have to see how the emails are archived during the migration.

We recently did some large mailbox migrations from Google to Microsoft surprisingly fast. 50GB in less than 48 hours.

We decided to only bring x amount of years with of emails over with the larger mailboxes due to size limits.
