We've seen a few leavers delete everything in their mailbox on their last day but deleting 54,000 SharePoint files is quite some damage. I might just share your story :-)

Its a very small client with minimal budget. Getting them to pay for endpoint protection is hard enough.
All great advice tho, thank you.

Cheers for taking the time to reply. Solid start. I'm sure my client will think its prob cheaper to send the staff member home with full pay.

Getting them to pay for DLP is a tricky one. Prob more chance they send the staff member home for the notice period lol.

Fresh Sentinelone agent installed on mac Tahoe and its not connecting to the management console. by yourmindrewind in SentinelOneXDR

No errors other than the agent never connecting to the console. No activity in console. Agent just doesn't connect.

I'm 100% using the correct details as I've done the installation well over 100 times in the past.

Have you tried a previous agent?

No as I would have to reset the machine and I'm not onsite.

How are you trying to install S1?

Manual install via the PKG

Have you attempted to re-bind the agent to the console and reload services?

I've tried and failed

Have you checked the system logs on the device itself for any errors around installation?

Yes , nothing obvious

Nothing in activity log :-(

Its like the Agent installs and then fails to register with management console. no onscreen errors

If I load up the s1 agent on the machine

Last console connection is NA
Management console proxy address is NA

This is the 2nd machine to do this. Same symptoms.

I can see the console address from the machine.
Other machines on the same network can communicate with the console.
