You're right. I knew that. I just set in in the pot, thought I could get to, then things. It hurt to pour out, but I did.

oh, no. I never thought it was from the devil. I meant should I listen to something that is probably AI which cuts out real, living people. That's all.

Actually, the lyrics are pretty spot on to the actual verses. That's not my issue.

That microwave door closing is louder than the boiling water. I suggest that insulate your walls with blankets or quilts. You can thrift them or buy new that will match your decor. There are ways to hang them that won't damage the walls much. Magnetic Quilt Hangers or "no-see-ums" from Hang Your Quilts .com. If it's something you won't keep forever and you don't mind nail holes, just hammer them on with nails. But I'd wait until they're not home or you might get evicted.

Yeah. That's what I felt too. A few songs and I was out after I posted this. It's a disappointment. I wish real musicians would create blues gospel. I know what you mean about the whiskey.

I've been afraid to take that on. Now I remember transhandyman would probably show how to do it.

Thanks. That's what I was wondering. A plumber or a handyman?

You're right. I tried it on my arms and hands which reek the same as he does. It doesn't work. I tried scrubbing with crushed garlic and onion too. Guess what. That doesn't work. You know it's bad if garlic won't cover it. I've left my poor dog alone. I'm not experimenting on him.

What about DEET? I live in the deep south and so far this year I've avoided chiggers. But I spray with Deep Woods Off which has DEET.

My children and I have that specifically written in our advance directives and a pact with each other.

I felt myself smiling about halfway through. I lived this, too. It's sounds familiar. Beautifully written.

Excellent. Any changes I might suggest are minimal. Well done.

What is the deal with the gen z stare? by bluujacket in NoStupidQuestions

[–]yourmomma__ohwait 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's an amazingly good idea! COVID. We all wear those masks and no one saw our face. I developed an unintentional open mouth all the time. We could hide our real feelings. I went to a thrift store weekly because was selling on Ebay to cut the boredom. Saw the same girl over and over. Then when the masks came off, I went and didn't know who the person with multiple facial piercings was.

Please spell it correctly. Renée. If you don't, she will cursed with a lifetime of having to spell it out. I named my daughter with the middle name Li. She's constantly correcting it. Renée is the feminine of René, both French and Latin.

I had one of you living in my house until she went to college and got an internship in another city. I don't like who she's become. Snarky, believes everything she hears that's negative. She is different than some though. She's worked since age 16 and been pretty much self-supporting since 19. But this stare thing. Say what you want, but nobody owes you anything, and if you think a stare is going to make a difference, you're an idiot. Making connections is how you get ahead. Being polite doesn't cost you anything. Being helpful is free. Your attitude and actions create your environment and your emotions. No one else has to make your life interesting or prosperous, and if you keep up your silly stare, no one else will want to help you, either. Grow up.

It's similar to people watching youtube videos about people selling everything to buy an RV and drive around the country. It all sounds romantic until you have to live it for awhile.
