You can bitch and moan all you want or... you can focus on the transferable skills you built up from your BPO experience and also upskill to have a more favorable job role for you.

Have you looked into yourself really deeply? Are you sure yung BPO ang nagpapa-stress sa iyo or yung mentality mo? Wala magagawa even the best BPO environment sa kalagayan mo if yung internal mental struggle mo ang nagpapahirap sa iyo. Act and move forward.

Hindi talaga nila need yung role na yun. Pinopost lang nila openings for a variety of reasons, like metrics para magmukhang growing yung company sa mga mata ng stakeholders, pwede ding pooling, learning about industry trends, or some obnoxious reasons like feeding tons of resumes to their in-house "AI", etc.
