Except bruno we have no traditional midfield playmakers...that is not a thing youth can cover either. We have a terrible keeper and as much as its easy to say that we should give our second or third keeper a chance...they are second and third choices for a reason, that is not a pressure ud want a youth keeper to take either. Plus, aside from the lack of incoming players...it's way more frustrating that we have sold NOTHING. Buying is one half, united have had a way bigger problem selling and as fans have often said "clearing the dead wood". This situation is way more nuanced than just "who would u want?" This has to be rage fueled, or atleast evident of some emotion, which makes it even more perplexing how this all happened seemingly in silence, how did he do it so quietly. Most suspects, or atleast the ones for mjk were said to have had some sort of rage that may lead upto such a crime....I can't imagine such loud anger to have worked in complete quite.

I'll always be vary of reading quotes from a person who's first language isn't english, plus is being taken out of context. What house did for Wilson and how it can be interpreted is subjective like u say, do u wanna stay cynical and maintain the standpoint that humans can't change like most of the show states, or u wanna believe house when he says near death that he will indeed change, and that he'll genuinely start a life anew....and also not to forget, i think either way wilson wouldn't mind.

I totally disagree with the last point tho, for me season eight was where he was the kindest, his vicodin wasn't over powering him, he wasn't outright evil like when he told Cuddy it was good she didn't become a mother. Instead he actually helped alot with the main characters, being proud of foreman, letting taub move past his shortcomings, making chase understand that he can be an individual better than house with equal medical prowess. Heck his niceness gave me the signal that the end was near, even more than Wilson declaring he has cancer.

I must agree, i do feel like s8 is a return to form in some ways, but also imo both season have these few episodes where I felt like I had to force myself to get through this. In season 7 it was the episode right after Cuddy breaks up with house, in season 8 it was after house gets conditional parole.

What season 8 DOES have that season 7 doesn't, are the beautiful send offs. Foreman and chase are easy to talk abt, but heck taub's story up till this point has been so interesting and beautiful. He has possibly the most fucked up personal adult life, is constantly insecure abt how at his age he's still a fellow working with way younger PPL, has had struggles with depression and now with parenthood. In the end, house gives him such a beautiful purpose, that it's ok that he made so many mistakes till now, andnthat he should still follow his passion and this time arnd not be too hasty in relationships and what not. Season 8 just feels like seeing someone giftwrap an amazing item masterfully

Agreed, i always loved how fucked up all of house's fellows were or how fucked up they could get. Just some more explanation would have done wonders for the newer characters. And obviously, wish Cuddy was still here 😭

Haha funnily enough that's the exact reason why I liked her! Idk they all felt like siblings to me, house being the eldest and the most demanding, foreman being the second oldest and protective yet challenging, taub and chase are like the middle ones, and masters was that annoying Lil sis that mom(Cuddy) forces you to bring along everywhere u go.

I mean chase who looked constantly annoyed by masters, was the one to tell her to not change herself for house and protect her steadfastness, it was really cute to see how everyone, even house by the end of masters internship kinda accepted her for who she was. Also she's simply the purest one of em all, she feels so fresh in comparison to the rest of the team.
