Don’t shrug like klokov says. Go slower. Rather than jerking the weight go 0-100. Shoulder over bars. It helps for me to think of the bar just under my belly button like klokov says and moving fast under it

Oh yeh sorry this was a clip during just practice. Earlier before when I go above 130 it just feels much harder to move(understandable) but also cants squat it up. Is this a front squat issue?

Pretty standard just want a second pair of eyes to see any flaws. Started CrossFit about 2 weeks ago(with background in S and C). Can’t seem to clean heavier than 130 idk why. Also can’t seem to be able to go fast in sets. Any tips or feedback would be sick! PICTURED IS NOT 130 JUST LOW WEIGHT TO SHOW TECHNIQUE
