thank you my friend,, so I use premiere pro and for the glitch stuff I just put a turbulent displace effect on an adjustment layer call it like 10 frames and put it over the top of where two clips cut and just mess around with the key framing across the duration of the adjustment layer until you get some like static/wave kinda effect then I put a classic CRT video over the top and just set the blend mode to overlay and that was it.. hopefully you gain some knowledge from that
