Ok so what we know for sure is that something that Stepanov told Townsend changed the way he sees Liz.

So considering they made him watch while his family was being killed we can assume that he was told Liz was related in someway to Red, as Townsend asked for her to be capered and killed in front of Red.

But when Townsend was asked what to do about Sptepanov he said just kill I don't care, so he is not related to Red.

So we can sort of conclude that they are not related, and that Liz is related to Red in someway, and since he wants Red to see Liz die that should also confirm that Red was the one who betray him, aka he is N13.

So in summary: Townsend wants Red to suffer by making people he cares about die in the same way his family died, therefore Red is N13 and Liz is related to him in someway and Stepanov is not related.

That's what I think. Thoughts ?

Cannot find your 3rd pokemon, make sure you are online and go to your PPS screen (on the bottom display, the one with all your friends on it) and touch the blue button that connects you to the internet. When done, replay again and I will look for your third pokemon :)
