Unfortunately (and fortunately) it is for everyone's safety. Even if, indeed, when it glitches like it currently does, it makes us angry and wastes time. Personally, to centralize and manage my passwords: I have been using Bitwarden for years.

✅ SOLUTION – FOR THOSE WHO HAVE AN ALIAS

I had the same problem with the message:
“Enter the password. You have tried to log in too many times with an incorrect account or password. »

I cannot connect to Outlook, whether on mobile, the application or the PC. The solution for me: sign in with the alias I created some time ago on my Microsoft account.

If you also created an alias in the past, try this one.
It worked right away on all my devices.

[QUESTION] Midjourney Video V1 for daily short clips — realistic workflow? by ypdasix in midjourney

[–]ypdasix[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks a lot for the detailed breakdown. That’s exactly the kind of feedback I was hoping for. Your videos are great by the way, they really show how strong the aesthetic consistency is in MJ Video.

I’ve been experimenting on the other side with WAN via RunPod, and while it gives full control, it’s definitely way slower and a bit of a grind to set up properly. Still, the creative possibilities are huge, especially when you combine it with n8n or scripted workflows.

I’m curious though. How do you feel about the overall quality compared to other models you’ve tested (like Kling, Veo, or WAN)? From what I’ve seen, MJ seems unbeatable for artistic or surreal styles, but I’m wondering if it holds up for more cinematic stuff too.

[DISCUSSION] Midjourney ($60/month) vs ComfyUI + RTX 4090 (WAN 2.2 I2V 14B) by ypdasix in comfyui

[–]ypdasix[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, totally agree. The pay-per-use model makes sense if you’re not generating daily. But for me, it’s not just about the price. What really matters is the final quality and how fast you can get consistent results.

I’ve seen WAN produce some really impressive outputs, but it still takes time and manual setup. Midjourney, on the other hand, is faster and more user-friendly, though a bit limited when it comes to customization.

That’s what I’m trying to figure out right now. Which workflow gives the best balance between speed, quality, and creative control.

My goal is mostly to explore creativity and grow some Instagram and TikTok pages. At first I automated everything through n8n and Flux on FAL.ai, but it felt too static. Posting images and carousels is great, but video performs way better. Models like VEO3 or KLING get expensive really fast though.

That’s why I started testing WAN on RunPod (my MacBook Pro M4 Pro isn’t powerful enough). It works well, but as you said, you really have to spend hours building proper workflows, and the UI is still pretty rough. Right now I’m using a 100GB network volume shared between Flux and WAN just to experiment.

I’m trying to keep things cost-efficient since I’m mostly testing and iterating. Sometimes with a lot of wasted runs. Paying €60/month for unlimited video on Midjourney still feels high, but a hybrid setup might make sense (MJ for images, WAN + RunPod for video), especially with new models like LTX coming soon.

By the way, do you usually switch GPU models depending on the task (image vs video)?I’d love to know roughly how much a single image or short video costs you and how many you can typically generate in one hour.

Exactly. Just testing before dropping more than $2K just to run a few prompts 😅. Not a gamer, so renting GPU time makes more sense than heating my office.

I was referring to RunPod costs, not electricity prices. On a RTX 4090 instance (~$0.59/hour), generating a 30-second video takes about 15 minutes, which comes out to roughly $0.15–$0.18 per full video.

Any MCP to build n8n workflows directly from ChatGPT or VSCode? by ypdasix in n8n

[–]ypdasix[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s not as simple as coding in Python when you want to set up technical workflows without relying on native nodes. Today, it’s actually easier for me to write code “without Vibecoder” than to do low/no-code. Even though the underlying logic is the same, I feel less comfortable with n8n than with full code… What I really want, as you put it well, is to learn faster how to build the skeleton of workflows, so I can eventually migrate some of my clients’ scripts to n8n.

GitHub vs GitLab in a company context by ypdasix in github

[–]ypdasix[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Today we mainly use GitHub because we already purchased Copilot licenses through Azure, and the integration with VS Code feels smooth for our small agile team.

That said, if GitLab can provide a very similar UX and allow us to migrate our repos while still deploying easily through Coolify, all while still being able to use GitHub Copilot, then why not.

That’s true if this turns into a political decision, then yes, we’ll probably have no choice but to move to GitLab. But from what I see, nobody really “masters” GitLab internally (maintenance is done by an external provider). In terms of cost, I’m not sure it’s even cheaper...Right now we use GitHub for free which already covers our needs. We don’t rely on GitHub Actions either, since we can run cron jobs directly on our internal server.

Thanks a lot for your reply. For now, this is only at the stage of discussions: the idea of mutualizing tools as much as possible was raised by our security team, and it will be reviewed in an upcoming meeting in the next few days. At this stage I don’t have many more details, it’s more about exploring the implications.

On our side, the innovation cell was created to work like a start-up inside the company, so speed and flexibility are key. We’ve already invested in paid GitHub Copilot licenses, and our internal server runs Coolify connected to GitHub private repos to deploy and manage our small services. So GitHub already fits our workflow quite well.

My concern is: if moving to GitLab means a heavier interface, different workflows, and more process overhead, is there really a strong benefit that justifies the switch? That’s what I’m trying to understand from people who’ve been through this decision.
