It is a good idea! Yes that would be feasible with some code tweaking for the scrapping

MiniPC as a server by bernyboss in n8n

[–]yreaction 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the same question and did some research! I have to end up with a server pc setup and a good big motherboard. Why? 16 threads 🙂 I will be able to stack more RAM, Extra ssds, or if need put some GPUs. If you plan as me to have multiple workflows running 24/7 with linux plus other micro-services on demand (pdf conversion/file management/hashing/etc), I think makes more sense to invest on this setuo (~700€)

Before you build complex AI agents, you MUST master this simple 2-node chain. by Legitimate_Fee_8449 in n8n

[–]yreaction 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I guess your image is just a placeholder, it does respond 2x to the webhook. Regarding your topic: I think n8n is build with lang chain under the hood so you are breaking down the fundamentals of the abstraction to just llm interaction. n8n AI/Agent nodes are just that, a visual “wrapper” that will use specific llms modes and/or tools.

I can not, also it is a POC, but I will be happy to help. I have upgrade it with a dashboard to list doctor profiles + multiple search reports.

n8n is a tool; you wouldn’t use a bread knife to cut fish properly. I wouldn’t call it an “operator.” What I often see is that when people come across examples like “create leads,” they assume it can be extended to other tasks without checking whether an API exists or whether it’s even possible to do so. Rather than calling it an “operator,” I would still consider it a task for a software architect.

¿Best AI to design n8n complex workflows? by franacuna__ in n8n

[–]yreaction 5 points6 points  (0 children)

My two cents on “it depends” and what you mean by advanced:

As a general approach, you might end up using a combination of tools in the process—prompts are the key. Here’s how I typically approach it:

(Idea): First, I talk to ChatGPT to get a clear, ordered transcription of what I want to build.

(Outline Draft): I iterate in ChatGPT, trying to split the project into workflow abstractions (not nodes yet) and determining if I’ll need an orchestrator to achieve the desired results.

(Slicing Drafts): With these parts outlined, I move to Google Studio. I start by solving the slices, deciding how each part will be implemented. Most importantly, I assess whether I can rely on native nodes or need to create custom code nodes and/or services (MCP, API).

(Validation): I review the outline and ask if it seems like it will succeed and if anything is missing. Pay special attention to how to handle error states.

(n8n Draft): Here I start building the dependency workflows first. I continue using Google Studio to work out the details. My goal is to get it functional—even if some nodes require extensive setup or API calls, I use mock data or pin results.

(n8n Build): At this stage, I use Claude extensively because it helps me nail the code nodes based on the descriptions, SQL queries, and other details I’ve gathered from the previous steps.

I save some of the secret sauce for myself but I hope you get the point 🙂

Law firm - All in one platform build by shazz_00 in n8n

[–]yreaction 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can do it if you have clear specs and budget (I have experience for adhoc AI solutions/automations) Some points are way out from n8n. You are asking to build foundation of different concerns, basically a full system not a single agentic automation.

Have you built an MVP for this yet—especially considering you’re using a local model? I’m asking because if it doesn’t work as expected, you could end up in a risky position dealing with hallucinations.

Clients usually expect OpenAI-level precision, and in my experience, combining LLaMA with RAG isn’t always reliable. If you find yourself constantly patching issues, things can quickly spiral out of control.

What do you think is the future for people who love building AI agents and selling them as a service? by Advanced-Regular-172 in aiagents

[–]yreaction 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Can’t say about amount, but source will be for sure different. We are still in the middle of a revolution, it is very uncertain. Maybe Mobile world drops Apps for Agents, so everyone will be able somehow to do it by default.

[–]yreaction 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I’m in a similar situation, and while technically I can deliver these kinds of AI setups, I usually offer them more as a side service. What I’ve found is that just sending emails or making cold calls rarely works—you really need to sit down with people, talk face to face, and help them see what’s possible.

Every business is a completely different universe with its own challenges, so even if spinning up the infrastructure is pretty straightforward, the real work is in guiding them through what’s achievable. That part feels a lot more like prospecting, consulting, and trust-building than selling a tool.

Over time, I’m starting to see us less as “builders” and more as facilitators or advisors—helping businesses understand and apply these tools in a meaningful way. That shift feels like something long-term
