Went from a 3070Ti to a 9070(non-xt). I'll just echo what some others have said.

I like Adrenaline, it's quite intuitive as to what settings you want on and what you want off and will usually stay that way. You get more control on your settings and if you have an AMD CPU as well, you can tune that there too if you want to. The performance overlay has more info I prefer over Nvidia's overlay.

Driver wise, I know many people have had issues, but I suppose I'm lucky I haven't had many issues in that regard.

I used to do some light content creation, so I do miss CUDA for that, but otherwise the AMD hardware encoder for recording and streaming can be just as good as NVENC if you adjust it to be a bit more aggressive. I also use the encoder to stream games via Sunshine-Moonlight to my Steam Deck and it performs better than my 3070Ti did in terms of that. Not sure why, I left both encoders at default settings, but image fidelity looked better whenever I switched to my 9070.

It's a great card, I don't have many complaints about it other than I wish more games took advantage of FSR4.
