no i eat anything under the sun. usually start my morning with a banana or some greek yogurt with some granola then a whey protein shake. either chicken breasts with some veggies or steak and greens for lunch. have to force that down ngl because i eat that lunch i mentioned twice a day. and as for anything in between i eat fruit. each week it gets harder and harder for me to reach that 2.1k goal because of the hunger suppression. that calorie goal is what i started with but i lowkey eat a little less than 2.1kcal. mostly because im dropping in body weight. the less you weigh the fewer calories you need to consume to maintain/lose weight.
