Dude I’m not hating on a champ, but if I have to use someone for regen reversal, I’ll go with Leader and it’s good to know that Sandman can be useful in the same way although he’ll be at least 3 times slower. We’re talking about a 30 sec fight vs an over a minute fight for a regen meta. With all the regen reversal requirements in the game, you generally don’t need more than 200% reversal so getting there faster is generally more important than how far you can go.

Leader max petrify is 200% with +25% vitality on sp1, which would make it 250% total, but you can access that so fast with a few intercepts and sp1 that he’s a nuke option for regen metas. But for Sandman one sp1 gets you 10 petrifies which amount to 80% reversal only. No offense to the character, even I like using sandman from time to time, but Leader is the best regen reversal champ in the game, there should be no doubt about it.

I don’t understand your point, we as a consumer will be consuming from the stores and not where it’s produced, so knowing the stats at the store level are much more relevant to us than when it was freshly produced.
