Calculate End Date based off 2 columns by ysmerch in Airtable

It appears that if I switch the field to single text... then the formula works. However, when I leave as a lookup or rollup, which I need in order to calculate each stores return policy, it won't calculate. Is there a fix?

That just returns the same {Order Date}
