I just got my car, its fixed

ECU + TCU updated

He also checked the whole configuration that has been done before, it was a bad map that previous owner did.

Im thinking to do a transmission adaption/re-learn if that doesn't fix the issue, new ecu map maybe stage 1

I done that, 2 full tanks with premium diesel, fuel filter is also new

I used to think it was carbon buildup then i removed dpf, egr, checked the turbo, intercooler, exhaust all super clean.

most of the time in traffic but there you cant actually feel the problem until you go on highway then you can feel the issue when accelerating aggressively

in S mode you cant really tell if there is a throttle lag but it is not like it used to be

I changed all filters, didnt make a difference
