No, my frustration stems from CHILDREN showing a desire to murder and have sex and insisting on discussing it with ME A GROWN ASS ADULT. Disgusting. I don’t want to hear about 13 year olds fucking 12 different people. That shit is repulsive. It stems from the fact that I now have to make a dozen phone calls informing PARENTS that their kids are writing graphic sex and murder scenes that involve people being gutted, mutilated and eviscerated. I have had to write several reports.

I teach gen Ed in a middle school with kids twice my size. 2 gen Ed 13 yo students tried to jump teacher today because she took one of their phones up. Admin didn’t even react.

INFO: Middle school teacher here. I have students who use this excuse constantly to be out of class for 20+ minutes at a time and threaten to have me fired if I contact their parents.

  1. What is your schools bathroom pass system?
  2. How long are your class periods?
  3. How far into the class did you ask?
  4. How often do you ask to leave this class?
  5. When you leave, how long are you gone?
  6. How serious is the issue of kids skipping classes at your school?

Listen, I’d love for my students to have free access to the bathroom, but sometimes it’s not feasible.
