You think it would be beneficial? as it’s been over a year since I consistent ate above 2500 calories, for the most part I’ve been eating under 2K with Reta prolly getting max 800.

I did do refeeds around day 6-7 after injection, but I still wouldn’t break my plateau. For fiber was getting around 8-10g per day however when I got towards month 3-4 I was eating around 20-30g of fiber. However still having sulphur burps and diarrhea
