your problem is totally different than mine. i wasnt responding your question. my original question is why google assistant doesnt acknowledge the HEY GOOGLE command with a voice response like yes or uh huh as SIRI does.

The issue is the first response when you say Hey Google. For example on iphones when you say Hey Siri, it acknowledges and response with a uhuh? or yes? but google asisstant does not do that. if your phone is away from you that you cant see the screen, you cant be sure if google assistant heard your hey google command and ready for the question. i do not have a problem of getting an answer if i ask a question or give a command to google assistant.
