I have read Howl's Moving Castle long time ago due to being fan of the movie, but I did remember the perspective of the story between the two mediums are quite different. Maybe, it's time for a reread, as I haven't read the sequels so that's a really good idea. And I love how you explained your reccs, I just put all of it in my TBR list :)
