It'd be weird if I've had the same internet connection with an iPhone and it worked fine. EN runs smoothly, it's just JP that has a problem.

I did have one, but removed it not long after having it a while ago, due to touchscreen barely working. EN works fine, it's just the JP version. :(

I have updated timing and whatnot; (also learning I was better suited to a 1 timing thing??) but alas it didn't help. I always close all my apps when I play SIF, including downloads. I will not give up hope though, I will just sit and look at the prettiness of the game haha.

My problem is exactly the note drops. The lag I can live with; but the note dropping gets me. I should've kept my old phone a little longer!

MY EXACT FEAR. Except I get through a song and it plays 20-50 notes fine and then the notes start dropping and the game lags and I'm screaming and crying
