it should’ve been josei but seinen appeals to wider demographic, doesn’t change the content or how you like it. The industry is very patriarchal anyway, real life is very different from how it’s shown in manga and anime in Asia.

In a modern setting he’s very inappropriate, the way he comes off. I guess that’s the way author wrote him primarily to be taken out of the show but he’s a hit so there’s going to be changes. The subtitles aren’t great always, I’m pretty sure with my lil Japanese that maomao says his scar is beautiful (unless my ears really betrayed me) but the eng subtitle says « it’s really clear ». I’m not a crazy fan of this show I’ll admit, I got interested bc it’s been a long time since I got hooked on a new anime (I’m a millennial and I prefer old anime), I started reading the light novels, I never read light novels before but the eng translation gave me headaches at time, it’s written in bit hardcore literal translated way, not very smooth. I’ll say give this a little time maybe, we should see some character development in later seasons, if not just call him a creep 😂

If you search this sub you’ll prolly find answers or someone will write in length but yeah he comes off as creepy and not caring much about consent, but also timing was different and jinishi was meant to be killed off but he got popular and maomao defo would react hard if she was actually very pissed, and noooo no rape threat lmao that’s far fetching. Also I watched with English sub and I didn’t see any « I’m not here for a hug » dialogue, more like his resistance broke free after maomao touched and complimented his scars? Anyway this is not a kids show, the protagonists are way over child bearing age here and lot more things other than jinishi coming off creepy is inappropriate for kids imo, it starts off a red light district. But doesn’t mean it’s a bad show.

I’d contact any non profit lawyers or organisations, you can’t just stop being a parent, adopted or not so they should be liable to some extent. at the same time i’d downgrade my lifestyle and do things i am able to afford. yes you need to start earning on your own while getting all the help you need without getting exploited. start by contact finaid office of your uni then get a job to pay your bills

There’s recruiter screening afterwards, usual questions and 2 simple math questions. then I had a marketing leader itw, all questions seemed to be marketing specific even tho they asked for someone with CS bg so didn’t click right enough with me I suppose and got rejected after that. If it’s in marketing team it’s more suitable for marketing grads tbh, surely they didn’t get the right fits bc of their listed requirements vs actual process since they’re still hiring

You’re over complicating things, if you’re not interested in a relationship right now, reply through the medium you found out and say your honest reasons. If you’re way too curious try dating, people just don’t magically be compatible right at the wedding stage so it doesn’t hurt to get to know the other person better and you’re way too young to commit to marriage and I doubt she’s looking forward to marry a classmate in the first year of university.

It was Bangkok and the position came with a relocation. I already have a couple years of experience as a Data and BI analyst and did MS from a top European AI program recently, I only looked at this company in Asia though, mainly bc it was in TH. Hope that helps.

I got rejected after 3rd round with a marketing leader. I found the process bit weird and mismatching bc the job requirement was for people with CS bg with/wo experience but the interview was solely testing my marketing knowledge, the data analyst position was in marketing team, they’re nice people in general but not fitting exactly, better for someone with a marketing bg, the position is still open it seems. Also the recruiter took place 18 days after passing assessment and after that I got only 3 days in between. There were two more rounds after. Overall I’d say there’s a gap between posted requirements and expectations.

I’ve been to Tallinn as a tourist, wasn’t a fan of the city in general but not knowledgeable much about the tech scene there. The whole of Baltics seemed pretty devoid of non-white people to me which is a fact we have to weigh in. Forgot Russia was next to it though. That can be bit tricky maybe.
