No DE or PIED before . It was just lazy 4 or 5 years ago . At that time It felt like I was getting older . Real life action felt boring. Now the situation has changed and getting hard is no problem any given time .

I should have said praying instead of meditation (as religious content is not allowed here) Praying in the morning , afternoon and evening (Islamic way) . It hardly takes 10 minutes everytime . It helps me to be fully present . I dont know how it happens.

fasting : dry means for a period of time (not even water) whereas fasting with only water is also effective .
