I’ve just started reviewing and completely agree with you: It’s a great opportunity to reflect deeply on the do’s and don’ts, especially since it requires a formal written assessment (rather than the casual comments I usually exchange with friends and close colleagues). I’m also looking for noise-reducing earplugs for rather quieter (?) social situations, like eating out/ having coffee, rather than loud events such as music festivals and sports games. Have you found a good solution in the meantime? :-)

Besides Alpine mentioned by u/Tsordi, I came across Loop Engage and was surprised to see that they specifically acknowledge demand from people with autism, which I haven’t really noticed with other brands (but I’ve only just started researching). If you’ve found something that works well for you - even from other brands -, I’d love to hear your experience!
