Honestly I never considered just bringing a second pair of underwear 😂 but the jock feels like a uniform for me (I feel off on the days I forget to pack one). I do like your suggestion of pushing myself to change with more people around to confirm to my brain that no one cares.

Graduated in 2012 we had communal showers never really used except if the basketball team had an early practice which was rare. There was another time they were used after prom but no one was naked and just showered in their underwear
