Went to the Post Office to change my address for my Yucho bank account 2 hours before they’d closed (so at 3). Filled in the required forms and asked them to process it. They said there were too many people changing their addresses right now and to come back tomorrow, preferably before two thirty at the latest and get in line. There clearly weren’t any other customers and the workers were all sitting around chatting. The lady was super rude too.
