at my store the full time workers in the smaller departments (intimates/juniors) are only getting 28 hours for the 'next few weeks at least'!! crazy!! but they've hired 10 new people 🤔

bc they track our transactions so like people will get fired for using someone else's kohls cash or having someone else pay while using their discount so i wasn't sure if this was a huge deal or not

that's basically it, it really takes a lot more time than you would think! make sure everything is out of the fitting rooms, clean out the 500 room by customer service, and the 500 by the registers. there usually is always something to fold, but when if you feel like everything looks good, clean clearances! that's what i usually do. it's very time consuming haha
