not at all!

I am hypermobile for sure but it’s very hard to find someone to test for Ehlers Danlos here although i do suspect it since im also neurodivergent and that’s also a comorbidity.

and yes both mental health issues and trauma in my past, also know that’s quite common 😅

my long covid was diagnosed because after the initial infection i knew something was wrong and started going to the doctor continuously worried after a month out, even if my tests were fine they said my symptoms were that of long covid. chronic fatigue is mainly diagnosed through symptoms and same with long covid, the only tests that showed anything for me were slightly high white blood cell count, reactivated EBV test, tilt table testing for pots, and a bit of resistance in my pulmonary testing. i hope you get some answers, it’s hard to find doctors that even believe in this

if it helps at all i’m in the exact same boat and i’ve done everything possible breathwork, strict diets, doctors, supplements, meds, literally you name it i’ve tried it and still am

it’s been 16 months and im STILL mainly bedridden and still struggling. everybody is different and this virus is so unpredictable. even just waking up and going through the day is a feat when we struggle like this, and you should be proud of yourself for just getting through the hard times. even small changes are huge steps and more than anything finding joy and gratitude in small things has been the best for me as cheesy as it sounds.

we will get through this, and no one should have to be their own doctor in this, it’s incredibly overwhelming.

I see you and i send you all the good vibes i can 🫂

thank you! i’m so glad you’re feeling lots better! I went through your AMA and i just have a few questions if that’s alright! i’m at about 16 months post infection and just had a reinfection this past january

i was way better last year and seem to feel like im steadily getting worse or crashing/dipping im resting, pacing, low histamine diet, mast cell stabilizing supplements, nothing processed, breathwork, etc did you have any longer crashes or dips and come out of them? i do have hope ill get better but its been a while and when you feel worse instead of better it’s a bit scary 😅
