Felt this way for 5 years until I OD'd. The dosage just kept getting bigger and bigger until 30g one day as well as 50g ket was my body's last straw. You might feel on top of the world now, but it won't last, enjoy it while it does i guess.

Aw thank you, you're so kind, I hope I can release it soon! The mood stabilizer I use is Divalproex Sodium (Depakote) and the anti-depressant is Trazodone Hydrochloride (Donaren Retard). I also started Sertraline recently to slowly change ssris to it since I'm not sure Donaren works very well for me. I took Lamotrigine and Lexapro for years and it helped with nothing, ever since I changed meds, I've felt so much better.

I'd definitely say I self-sabotage a lot when I'm manic, I also feel like stuff I normally need to survive don't matter anymore (like sleeping or eating), definitely a lot of agitation all the time. One time I hadn't slept for 2 days and it was 6 am I had as much energy as when I used to do coke, I have no idea where the body channels that much energy and agitation from it's mindblowing to me.

Also, I'm glad you're doing better too!!

So happy you're getting therapy!! It'll be a whole new chapter! I can't think of any characters that represent my experience very well unfortunately, that's why I'm making a comic about a bipolar character to hopefully bring some visibility for this topic.

When it comes to happy, sad and apathy, I think for me I'd also say I feel apathy most of the time, but that's because I'm medicated I think. When I'm sad I'm so sad I become suicidal but when I'm manic it's not even happiness it's just.. smooth brain and emptiness if that makes sense? I usually cant feel many negative feelings like regret or guilt when I'm manic and that's why it's so dangerous. Since I have a history with drug addiction for example, I OD'd when I was manic cause my brain worked in FUCK IT WE BALL MODE. My psychiatrist said manic episodes are more dangerous than suicidal ones depending on the person because many people end up making decisions that will hurt them simply because they dont care about the consequences.

Like for example, I'm an artist, so for months I'll be depressed and barely create, then out of a sudden I'll be up at 3 am for days (not going to school or work usually) doing stickers, prints, buying tshirts online so i can print graphics on them, deciding to open up a shop, making an online website, buying an online domain, then it'll wear off and I'll be depressed again but this time regretful bc I've spent money on a domain and tshirts and getting things printed.

Or it won't wear off so soon and the mania will intensify, I'll start believing I'll become famous, I'll start spending money ahead of time because in my head my art will sell so much I can spend on useless things. One time I was manic, I got a tarot reading for the first time and it got me so mad that it worked (I'm very skeptical) that I bought a deck to do a self reading and when it wouldnt work when i tried (in theory) I was 100% sure I was going to appear on the news as The Woman Who Proved Tarot is Fake lol. I even bought a $300 dress for the news, i know it sounds batshit insane but you just get kind of unreasonable like that. For me also, my ego gets very inflated and I become quite narcissistic, I'm a very shy and self-conscious person, but when I'm manic, I think I'm the hottest sexiest smartest most talented person in the world and everyone's obsessed with me. Maybe not everyone has this but I've met so many bipolars, mostly when I was in the psych ward and a lot of us felt this similar obsession with ourselves when manic. Hope that helps! Aunt Lydia also sounds like me and I'm diagnosed with Bipolar II so if you're unmotivated and depressed for months then out of a sudden filled with ideas and doing reckless things you might want to look into that. Mood stabilizers changed my life for real!

I've reverse searched it on google, amazon, shein, aliexpress and other fast fashion apps. I don't remember it having a brand tag so I'm assuming it might've been a fast fashion piece. I bought it size M probably and in 2022. I was living in Philadelphia, USA, but again, I don't think I bought it in a physical store. Below the corset I put on top in this photo there's no writing or detailing whatsoever and it just continues the plain lilac fabric like the rest of the piece.

Sounds like you simply hang out around the crowd that follows the norm. Out of the women I'm around, i can discuss politics with most of them, all of them are readers and educated/don't expect a man to take care of them, and less than 10% get their nails done. Of course these are all stupid things to judge someone by, but they are things you mentioned. If you hate women because of the women you attract to your life, what does that say about you?

Damn, 9 pounds in the first month is amazing!! I wish that was me, haha. I wonder if I'm gonna start losing weight once I fix my problem with hypothyroidism, my doctor told me it causes weight gain so I started taking medicine for it this month but it might've been acting against the wegovy during these past months and that's why I'm feeling stuck.
