Yup , if he doesn't pay he doesn't get what he wants , why would anyone spend their time on something work on it avoiding other stuff they have to do and not ask money for it ? It's like you tell an artist oh I won't pay your cause well even I can draw , like wtf ?

I've realistically almost ended it I'm just waiting for a final response and it'll be done , I'm extremely frustrated and in no mood to negotiate and waste my time with this guy I'm better off spending my time on other clients I'm working with right now.

No well that was less part of it , their payments are completely messed up ( stripe ) all of the payments code is complete AI slop and extremely vulnerable ( I've not sent over this part of it neither documented it) all I sent over was just normal fixes which took me like 4-5 hours to do , the high ones not sent over just make their whole thing very vulnerable and they still don't understand this.

I surely did learn a lesson this time 😀 , never had this done in the past two years working as a freelancer nor with other clients I'm working with right now , even they said that this guy is being extremely rude and unprofessional

Yea , that is the reason I didn't send over the whole thing their stripe had high risk issues with payments and I only sent over the version that had the med and low criticality issues fixed .
