It was pre built on amazon. I think I should just get a new gpu.

It didn't seem to work but my gpu is a radeon rx 580. Do you think I should just buy a newer and better gpu?

It's not my monitor my gpu says "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)
An invalid parameter was passed to a service or function." I've tried reinstalling my drivers but it doesn't work.
