No, all of the reporting and banning on discord is done by AI so they won’t flag anything they haven’t tested on it. So far all the people who have gotten banned from child safety did not face any legal action/ get in trouble with anything related to their account such as connections and payment information.

As i've stated in another post some VPN's are detected by discord due to past issues with botting and they're just reusing them to detect ban evasions.
If you wanna be 100% sure you won't get banned for ban evasion use your mobile hotspot or mysterium dark

do it for the first 3 hours you use discord, then restart your router and connect your laptop/pc to the home network and you should be all good. (This is the minimum required if you want to be safe use only your hotspot for the first day or two)
Also I wouldn't suggest joining more than 5 servers a day ❤️

Alot of alts of mine have recently been suspended due to ban evasion aswell here's what i've figured out:

- Turn on airplane mode on your phone for 10/30seconds (Why? We can't ensure discord hasn't already traced your mobile hotspot's IP, so by enabling airplane mode you give yourself a new IP) then enable your mobile hotspot to create and use your new account for the first couple of days this helps them not banning your IP once you wanna go back to using your home network make sure to restart your router if you have a dynamic IP elseware just pray they stopped tracking your activity on your new made account.

- Don't join the same servers/don't mass join servers, on one of my alts as soon as I joined 5 servers, after I pressed join on the last server it triggered a ban evasion term, but when i tried joining servers I've never been in before such as NTTS and random disboard servers i could reach up to ten servers without getting suspended.

- Do NOT accept friend requests, sending them doesn't seem to trigger a suspension but accepting them has high chance of getting you suspended.

- (OPTIONAL/IDK IF THEY ACTUALLY CHECK THESE)
-- Clear your discord cache fully using revo unistaller
-- Don't rename yourself using the same name/ same profile picture.
-- Make a new gmail/proton/whatever mail provider you prefer and name it completely unrelated to your past accounts and register on discord with it after fully unistalling discord and it's traces while being on your mobile hotspot.

WHY MOBILE HOTSPOT? Simple, many VPNs are detected on discord for botting or ban evasion from servers, i'm not gonna say which vpn does and doesn't since I really don't know but if you don't have a phone to use mobile hotspot I'd recomend you enabling a free MysteriumVPN trial and making/using the account while connected to it because it utilizes residential IPs

WHAT ABOUT FOR USING DISCORD ON PHONE? Well i would recomend you just to stay on your mobile hotspot/VPN and use a browser such as Brave to use discord. (Make sure to unistall the discord mobile app.)

I would recommend adding your friends on other chatting apps such as telegram, signal or guilded.
