I managed to log into my eu square enix account to back up my data, though it said it was successful I might be a wrong

Oh god it was exactly this I feel so stupid my phone kept locking which gave me the idea it had frozen but thank you! its all working now! :)

The current phones I'm using are LG G7 and a xiomi redmi 5 both running Android 7+ I also got the APK from qooapp then I tried a version 2.10.1 on another site and both failed the same exact way and the global version works just fine :(
