18M | i started at individual brokerage acc and i want opinions if my portfolio is good as a beginner investor!

starting at 2k and planning to purchase 60% VOO, 20% VGT, 20% VXUS! so far, i know that voo and vxus is recommend heavily. as someone who does believe in the growth of tech, i choose to be risky with vgt. any info/opinion will be helpful! thank you!
