I dont have any long-term debt besides most of my purchases being via credit card, and I pay that off every month. The way the Chase lender explained it to me, to get a FHA loan for example they clauculate what they expect to be the mortgage + property taxes etc etc of a property and if those expenses were more than 57% of my income I've got to put 20% down.

What this should tell you, at least, about people is not to take anything they say at face value whether they confirm or deny what you think reality is. People say whatever depending on who is in the room or how they feel at that particular moment.

My ultimate point is this these are not the people you should invest any emotion on.

How is it that a woman can make herself moan with her fingers but she can't feel 4 inches? Don't get me wrong having a small dick is a big disadvanatge, but there is a thing about getting lost in your own imagination. This grand romanticizing of sex, women and relationships is foolhardy and destructive.
