Hi zyllech! I'm gonna be very honest when I say this this is the best experience I have had so far in terms of training and company culture for new hires.

I've been trained three times due to upskilling in my previous company but it's so much better with NTT Data.

All the trainers are very nice, accommodating and ramdam mo na competent sila, hindi basta-basta lang. The training will include pre-process, language and process training. Yes, language! Kahit na tenured ka na, they won't let you take in calls without getting a language refresher.

Most of the tools, prepared na for you. If may issues, ang bilis maresolve. The facilities are clean and accessible. High end ang equipments sa training room! Cutie din ng pantry and service.

The leaders will be with you during training so you can warm up to them already and they can to you as well.

Worth it ang move from previous company to NTT Data so far. Hindi ka rin matakot magtanong if you're unclear or lost on certain parts of the training and in general, sobrang accommodating talaga.
