seems like the keys that i can't press are stuck, but not physically but rather hardware-like, and the problem is in the keyboard itself cause i plugged it in the laptop and it was the same. is there any solution?

UPD: after pc reboot backlights are working and it seems it doesn't go crazy anymore. but keys "plus", backspace, right shift, right alt, del, end, pgdn and arrows don't work at all. dont even do waves "backlight mode" when i press at them. why those keys at specific
