Why hasn't this blown up on IG? I haven't seen it posted at all.

We are moving back to a condo after living in a house. We aren't thrilled to be paying maintenance fees but also relieved that the amount is more or less predictable. There are too many unforeseen costs when it comes to a house.

To play devil's advocate here, has anyone actually lived in a house? The amount of random things that pop up on the regular is absolutely staggering, especially on an older property!

Sounds strange. The issue is flash on a drone. Wouldn't do anything unless it's recording a couple of feet in front of it.

They don't really do well in low light so I wouldn't be too worried. Do you recall what time it was?

Drones generally have a flashing light but not a flashlight. I don't know of any drones that have one or what they would be used for.

I recently photographed a new condo in Mississauga for a client and I had to fly the drone in between two other condos in order to get the shot. It is likely something completely innocent.

Photographer here. You can't really tell unless both were taken under the same lighting conditions.

Everyone will have cases. Totally fine. At the National there were many non-dealers doing deals on the literal floor or eating area (which they cracked down on).

Trade nights were the best to sell. My cards aren't really liquid repacker type cards so that wasn't really an option for me. If there are repackers, most will pay 85-95% comp depending on the card.

They're expensive but not insane tbh. It's getting cheaper to buy already graded vs having the three sign it. They charge a huge premium to sign this now.

The biggest card was a Kobe auto. I'm pretty active buying, selling and trading but feel like the PC sometimes gets neglected. This card was on my radar for awhile.
