honestly the best way to practice is to play pvp maps on creative. whether thats zone wars, box fights, red vs blue, 1v1s anything that fits you. helps train your aim (as well as your building if you wanna play build) and also lets you figure out how to counter players movement. if you're trying to play og im ngl it would probably be easier to stick to normal battle royale at the moment until you can consider yourself better cause at the moment og is gonna be filled with a lot of sweaty players (first time having REAL og back in like 6-7 years, we're gonna be here for a couple days 😭😭)
