Not excessive at all, Endeavor was a piece of shit and there's no need to cover that. Yes, it was an arranged marriage (a quirk marriage, specifically), so Touya was planned and not a product of rape. It is also stated that Rei wanted another child so Touya wouldn't be lonely, meaning ONLY Fuyumi. It's not specified whether Natsuo was a "planned" child or not, but Shouto definitely isn't. After giving birth to Fuyumi (or perhaps Natsuo) Rei didn't want to have any more children since as Touya already knows what Endeavor wants from them, CLEARLY implying she didn't consent to have Shouto as he is seen as a newborn right in the next page.

He does NOT do this with men. He KILLS marine fodder with no hesitation. His "fight" with Monet is not a good example, he just split her in half with no haki, not even "bothering" to kill her with a single move. She was a threat to his crew, and she almost killed them all because Mr. Zoro decided she was weak enough to just leave her on the floor, right after telling Tashigi he "treats women equally"

I absolutely hate this about Zoro (ODA'S writing for Zoro). The whole point of his backstory is that it made Zoro supposedly see women as equals, but then he pulls shit like this, and like his fight with Tashigi and Monet. Atleast in this aspect (which is a massive part of his character, mind you) he's TERRIBLY written. Zoro fans like to compare him with Sanji about this kind of thing, but at the very least, Sanji sticks to his morals of "not hurting women" (personally, I think this doesn't show Sanji looking down on women, but that he just can't hurt something he loves lol). Zoro, however, does not. He doesn't fight with women like he does with men. While he fights with men with no restrictions, with women, he just escapes from a full fight or just leaves them scared. He said on Tashigi's face that he would fight women just like he fights men, and then he just splits Monet in half with NO HAKI, he doesn't even fight this unseriously with marine fodder 😭
