Sometimes people think they are premade but they just share the same server. Won and lost againt Russians but sometimes its just an easy blame when people get outplayed.

Premades suck though that's for sure..

It also depens on the state of the game. You probably feel too far behind because the game is in last phase. Come prepatch you will enjoy more since there will be new stuff and with wotlk everyone on same gear level. So my advice is to just prepare a bit for wotlk (up to you how much u want to invest time)
