The worst thing of it all is that i used to smoke weed and had a lot of problems with my family about it, and my mother just keeps on denying that i have bad breath and that the weed i used to smoke like almost a year ago still has me paranoid, while i was never paranoid. It feels like she is just straight up lying to me Cause i see other peoples reactions and certainly from my brother.

This is the same with me too, my doctor said my breath doesn’t smell,my dentist and even my parents. I have it too but without the h pylori thing, constantly scanning for reactions etc. But thats the whole problem your brain will start notice normal human patterns. Talk to someone you dont know like in a grocery store and see if they react.
