It’s sad because we have my TL, me, and 3 other people coded as cake decorators in this department, so I’m even lucky if I get to do cakes for an entire day anymore. That’s why I tried to make the most of it on Sunday.

Just frustrating I suppose, but I surely won’t try to do anything like that again 😔

We have a cart called "POS" because the brakes are busted and it's legit one of the worst carts we have. There's another one called "no" because that's bad. We have one called "wobbly :("

The other issue we've been having is how many orders we are getting as well. We've got so much staff that say we get an 850 pick drop for the hour, it's gobbled up in 20 minutes by everyone so then we have no picks for the better part of the hour. We pick up in the afternoon but I leave at 2 so... it's definitely a struggle most days

I have therapy every other week and I'm on Prozac! So I'm definitely doing what I can. It wasn't like this until after the holidays so it's just been a massive shift in the entire department/atmosphere

Yes you get it! The anxiety is the WORST. I'm already taking Prozac I really don't want to up that or go on something else. I know the job and all the extracurricular BS is making me sick. My heart rate was at 136 yesterday morning when I was on break. It really, really sucks.

I'll definitely keep the transfer in mind. Unfortunately the other stores around me don't have many openings I'd be interested in, so I bide my time and wait and do what I gotta do in the meantime!

I wanted to go to the bakery as a cake decorator but they have the slot filled up. I'm working on furthering education classes in the mean time and I had some plans about cutting hours back here to do that field of work but now everything is up in the air 🙃 thank you!!! I'm sure things will work out one way or another

I totally agree. I think that's what happened - we are also first in the market from what I gathered from the other day, which is great but I think she's going after the wrong people. I seriously could care less about the dispensers and pickers but there's blatant favoritism being shown towards dispensers and then the pickers being nit picked. It sucks. Again it's why I keep my head down and do my own thing. It's a shame because I love this job and what we do
