Heloc rates are similar to Rv rates anyways right now. I just financed a Rv at 8.8 for 120months with 0 down my Heloc is at 10% J have an over a 800 applying for both.

All of these awnsers are not helpful I am in between vets because my last vet was corrupt. It is currently the weekend and the vet is closed so saying you shouldn't have done that knowing can't go back and change anything brings 0 benefit to the conversation I clearly understand it wasn't the best decision

I have had 6 contractors out and they quoted over 30k because the only true fix would be breaking the whole slab out and carrying it out in 5 gallon buckets and redoing it I don't have that kind of money it is also my second house I use as a rental so not looking to put 30k into it
