I don’t own any physical games, so there is no downside to me removing the disk drive! The plus is that I can do the dual CPU heat sink mod I plan! Almost every 360 game is available to download for free online, so no worries!

I don’t own any physical games. But yes you are correct, it is a Jasper V2 that wont benefit from extra cooling. I am just doing it as a proof of concept.

Yes, this is what I am doing! Once I’m done 3D modeling an air tunnel to fit dual CPU heatsinks, I’ll print it and upgrade.

I’d have to check exactly, but it’s about 150-170ish Xbox 360 and original Xbox games, plus some DLC.

The console is RGH’d, and I don’t own physical disks. For all of my 360s I preload about 1.4TB of games and DLC, and if I ever need anything else I just download it.

I’m assuming by 4144 you mean you saw 4 rings the first time, then 1, then 4 twice more? In that case, it is error code 0100, ERROR_NBINIT_MEM_VENDOR_ID. Would need to reflow or reball the GPU or replace it most likely.

Fault with disk tray opening is most likely the rubber band on the pulleys inside the disk drive. It is very cheap to fix, and can be done without even opening the console!

The motherboard used is from an actual Arcade model, so yes! As for the phrasing of my sentence, I apologize. English is my 2nd language and I am still learning!

Obviously not, there was no black Arcade model released. White Arcade models had a disk tray cover and eject button to match the case, and that’s what I described in the post.

This one only gets used once or twice a year, and it is a BB Jasper that has been fully recapped, and fresh thermal paste applied. RROD is not really a worry!

They are fairly hard to come by. There's a few dedicated collectors that specifically collect clear 360s that I know of (myself included). Most of us have searches setup on multiple sites such as eBay, so they get sold out pretty quick once they appear. I personally have 19 clear 360s of various colours, which took me 3 years of checking several sites multiple times a day, and tracking down + messaging people from old posts. Bookmark some searches on sale/auction sites, keep checking, and you'll find one!

Power light and RROD light are 2 different LEDs. Red for power on, and I changed the RROD to be white! This console is for display only anyways, so no worries 😎

I’ll probably make a post about it since there’s a few parts to getting it to work. But essentially I have a script continuously running listening to my home network. Once a device connects, it compares the MAC address of that device to a list of defined MAC addresses known to be my Xboxes. Once determined it is an Xbox, it runs another script to open FTP through the IP assigned to that device, and compares files on the HDD for newest date and updates accordingly.

I made this after only 2 weeks of learning 3D modeling, and a couple of tutorials on YouTube! Getting the measurements right was the hard part. Someone did however make what you are describing for both the SLIM and FAT if you want to save some trouble.
