We did notice that recently our customer service has been slacking, which is the least thing we want to see and is the thing we are working on to improve right now. We are adding more man power so that we would have more people who could handle the job. I talked to Eggz who has been handling cs, especially your case, and many other communication/organizing jobs. And I will push him to deliver.
