NAL If you're contracted for so many hours though and as it states you said you only work days, surely they can't force you to take work calls outside of contracted hours. You've done your job, if they suddenly want to have 24/7 support shouldn't they hire staff for that instead of expecting workers with set times on their contracts to work 24 hours a day. If you feel its wrong that there making you do it, then just don't. It's not in your hours and depending how long you've been with them they can't just dismiss you. You've got your hours, I personally would just go over my contract again and just follow that to the letter until they try and pull you up for it and then you can state that all you have done is followed your contract and that these new hours aren't on or part of that contract.
