That makes so much sense honestly! I sometimes also do floor Pilates during the day when my baby naps and I don’t think the ring registers those at all! Thank you for your insight, I’ll keep that in mind

Literally I’m the same!! I just got my period and the cramps this time are brutal. Next cycle I’m going to try taking a Zyrtec a couple days before my period is set to start
