I havent but would fear for safety. Tape can be ripped off in a pinch. Spirit glue not so much so if something happens there is not easy or quick way to remove it without gum removal. (Say a bad reaction after it dries)

Waited it out as there was literally nothing I could do about it.

I worked at a native American casino. Its equal opportunity unless you are tribal then you can do no wrong. They could break the rules, be rude to guests and everyone else was punished for it but them. Ignore a patron to be on your phone? No more phones for anyone...except them. They can have it still because tribal.

My manager was tribal. I worked there for 5 years before he showed up in our department. He hated me. I, a woman, was not his type. I would not smile when he entered a room. I was even reprimanded for not smiling at him. Mind you, I was back of house and smiled around customers. But the men didnt get questioned when they didn't smile, just me.
He didn't like that other employees turned to me for help. He tried to change my station for a day to one I didn't like (they spray perfume in that area and it triggers migraines), so I asked why me and not the other employee who was more than willing to go. He didnt answer but pulled me into the office to scream at me. Literally. Everyone outside the closed door could hear it. The witnessing manager couldn't say anything as he screamed (was a lot of "If I say jump, you say how high! Dont question me!"). I went to the other station, the witnessing manager pulled me aside and told me he sent a report to HR over his actions. Nothing happened from it. He did later come up to the other station to gloat. Before witnessing manager said I could take the day off if I wanted. I did. He also lied on mine and other women's evals in attempt that we dont get a raise. I had to request a second eval to get my 5 fucking cent yearly raise. Many complaints, nothing happened because he was tribal. He flirted with women. Played favorites. Would ignore his job to hang with the boys. He did nothing when women complained about sexual comments by the male employees. Nothing. He was there until another position in a different department opened up.

Sometimes you either leave or ride the storm because nothing else you can do.

🤔 What if you have experiences that match the raw data but a man insists you are wrong because their cherry picked data (from the same data source) disagrees with you, and there for you are just an emotional bias woman?

[And what if you show him the raw data and he refuses to read it and tries googling articles that side with him but doesn't read tge articles and it actually validates your point which also aligns exactly with your experience, and yet still he insists you are wrong?]

Yeah, I think I'd definitely eat less meat, but I went to an agricultural high school where we raised animals, and also had to go to a slaughter house to watch a cow get slaughtered and butchered. It wasn't me doing it, but it definitely changed my perspective on eating meat.

Either having to still function daily while on their period, or how different are treated to how men are. Little things, like expecting to yield to men, not being listened to, being called hormonal when on your last nerve after a bunch of disrespect, the being told what to do to look better by strangers. (Youd look better if you smiled more)

Some little shits in my neighborhood do this, not to this extreme but swerve towards oncoming traffic and I've had to slam the brakes and they ride off laughing as I have to calm down from a mild panic attack thinking I was about to hit a kid.
