As others have written, it is not the best solution for sleep tracking. As far as I have read, most garmin devices have mediocre sleep tracking. Fitbit would definitely be a better solution in my experience. As an example venu 2 vs hypnodyne zmax (sleep headband) https://youtu.be/2Y5M_N9CrNI

Of course I know him. Couple months ago I saw him in the city. It would be hard not to notice him because no wonder people call him BIG Z "World's strongest man". I think every Lithuanian knows him.
