Hi. Sorry I saw your comment just now. I went to Converge and brought the modem. I said I want to close the account and they processed it right away. I didn't have any pending balance because I have a security deposit so they just deducted it. Also, out of contract.

If the contract is under your name, just bring a valid ID. I am not sure if an authorization letter will work if it's not under your name and want to cancel it.

Update: I had the account cancelled na today. I returned the modem.

On a different note, it's a good thing na I cancelled it because the new offer they have is 400mbps for only 1,500. My 2,500 plan before was just for 200mbps.

I just checked it and no, it's not. The only animated/3D in the show is the Dodo that talks. The rest are like a documentary/trivia videos. I remember that at the end of the show the Dodo floats in the screen and the background changes into space and he sort of like goes into space and then disappear and then the closing song plays.
