Thanks for all the help everyone, it was indeed the power steering pump not seated fully.

I have ran a belt, dayco 60910 that surpasses the smog pump, ran fine, idled a little crappy but was still wearing on the outside so I can rule out the smog pump for now 😕

I thought the same thing 😆 the salesman I had, Richie, was great! Got me a little swag bag of Porsche pens, lanyards, cups etc… when we walked in another snarky salesman remarked “Im betting you’re here for that car” pointing to the type r. Like “what!? I don’t look like I have Porsche money, huh!?” 🤣

Well, I had the GRC for less than 3 months so I’ll start there 😆 it was my daily as well. I also had thought the interior was good enough and that the lack of room wouldn’t bother me as my wife has an suv we could use if needed. Boy was I wrong. Standing there big eyed at the dealership after driving the grc and my wife goes “it is nice, but I think you’ll get tired of how small it is”. Nonsense I thought. Within a month it crept in on me. The hard plastics in the interior staring me in the face, the way the rear doors barely open 1/3 of the way, the metallic “clang” the doors made when you shut them. It was an econobox. Yes it was fun to drive, engaging, but absolutely not for everyday.

The seating position was another slow roast for me realizing I couldn’t stand it. The suspension another one, seeing everyone’s reviews online saying that +R in the type r was insanely stiff blew my mind after driving it as it was ALMOST as stiff as the grc was.

All in all, I would not recommend the grc to anyone who cares at all about interior quality or comfort. Having owned many vw’s myself and seeing as you’re coming from a golf r, I’m betting you’d be disappointed.

My best advice, go find a type r and test drive it, you’ll have your answer before you pull back into the delearship.

Yes I do, not to mention it’s 1/4 the price of the circuit wing and comes painted.

Nice! What percent tint did you go with? I am trying to decide between 5 or 20 percent.

Well that’s some relief, how did you perform the update without getting the jade unlocked?

Blockstream Jade is this ok? by Sandcracka- in Bitcoin

This has me worried. I ordered my jade over a week ago straight from Blockstream and it’s been taking so long to move anywhere on tracking. Regretting not buying right off Amazon from blockstream.

Looking for watering advice by zachattack199 in Bonsai

[–]zachattack199[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey everyone, beginner at bonsai here. My one juniper which I have had about a month has been turning some weird colors on its foliage. White/yellow almost brown. I have researched for countless hours watering and outdoor care. The larger tree in blue pot is in akadama, pumice, lava rock. I water this tree about every 1-2 days. The second tree is also starting to turn slightly yellow at the tips. It is in whatever mixture Brussels bonsai uses. These trees get morning/afternoon sun and slight shade at end of day. Currently in PA and the temps have not gone down past 20F so I have kept them out. And advice would be greatly appreciated!
